Legal Definitions: The terms "Three Maples Photography" or "we" refer to the company providing photography services, and the term "client" refers to the person or entity that has commissioned our services.
- Sale of Photography: The client hereby commissions Three Maples Photography to create and deliver photography. The photographs are sold "AS IS" due to the creative and subjective nature of the product. Any and all fees incurred in connection with the services are non-refundable.
- Payment Terms: All payments must be made in full before any photographs are delivered. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and checks. A $35.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks or inadvertent or deliberate chargeback to your credit or debit card.
- Delivery Time: Delivery time for photographs is approximately 1 week after the order is placed. However, delivery times may vary depending on shipping and supply chain availability of raw materials.
- Damaged Photographs: If any photographs are damaged during shipping, we will reprint and reship the photographs at no additional charge.
- Rephotographing of Children: If you are not satisfied with your child's photos before they are printed, we will gladly rephotograph your child. Once the order for prints has occurred, we will rephotograph your child if you request, however, any photographs requested will be considered a separate order and subject to a separate charge.
